DECATUR, GA– In observance of the Independence Day Holiday, the DeKalb County Board of Health’s COVID-19 vaccination site at the Doraville MARTA station, located at 6000 New Peachtree Rd., in Doraville, will be closed on Saturday, July 3. In addition, all Board of Health offices and health centers will be closed on Monday, July 5.
Vaccination operations at the Doraville MARTA station will resume on Tuesday, July 6. Normal hours of operation for this location are Tuesday through Saturday, from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.
All Board of Health offices and health centers will re-open on Tuesday, July 6, at 8:15 a.m.
Individuals seeking vaccination at the Doraville site can still register and schedule an appointment via the Georgia Department of Public Health’s (DPH) Vaccine Registration and Administration Solution (VRAS) system, via the Board of Health’s website or by visiting dphvaccineGA.com. This website is available in English and Spanish. Alternatively, individuals can also walk-up at the vaccination site or any health center.
For individuals without computer access, DPH provides a vaccine scheduling hotline. The phone number is 888-457-0186. This hotline, which offers assistance in languages other than English, is staffed Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., and on weekends from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
