Ronald Dix, 30, was last seen at his personal care home on Winterberry Lane in unincorporated Snellville. He told his caretaker he was going to the nearby convenience store on Stone Mountain Highway, but he has not been seen since. Dix is 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. The Kimberley Chance Atkins Foundation was started in 2009 in memory of teacher, wife, and mother Kim Atkins, who passed away at 32 years old after two battles with breast cancer.
